Day 2 Suggested Practices
Today's sampling of practices includes the following:
• Breath work: The Complete Breath—a fundamental breath practice to ground you when your mind is racing, bring you back into your body if you're feelign spaced out, and build lunch capacity
• Morning Movement: A gentle reclining practice I love to start my morning classes with.
• Kriya set for Pure Joy—this challenging kundalini yoga practice will energize you with the strong " Cannon Breath," and arm movements
• 30-Minute vinyasa practice perfect for any time of day
• Full spectrum 60-minute vinyasa yoga practice—an energetic practice for any time of day.
• 60-Minute full spectrum Yin Yoga class—a more relaxing option great for evenings.
• Meditation: Compassion for Yourself -- this meditation builds on "Being for Yourself"
